E-J Electric Lights Up Time Square

Hundred Year member E-J Electric has completed a stand-out electrical project at the crossroads of the world: a centerpiece billboard on the Marriott Marquis in the middle of Times Square’s “bow-tie” at Broadway between 45th Street and 46th Street.

This LED billboard measures 80 feet tall and 280 feet wide. It is the largest and most expensive digital billboard in the area, and 300,000 pedestrians are estimated to see billboard each day.

The sign has nearly 24 million LED pixels, each containing red, blue and green lights, giving the billboard its unprecedented display resolution. During the testing phrase, E-J Electric’s logo was used on the billboard.
